Guidelines for Enrolment in Form 6 Repeat Programme

Eligibility

External School Students and Graduating Students of Our School

1. Parents or guardians are required to submit a written application letter, specifically explaining the valid reasons for repeating Form 6 and the student’s goals for repeating. If necessary, applicants must submit relevant supporting documentations.

2. Selection Criteria:

(1) Good conduct during the study period.

(2) Positive learning attitude.

(3) For the HKDSE examination, the student must have passed in at least TWO subjects.

(4) Attendance rate.

(5) Special learning needs of the students.

(6) Outstanding achievements or contributions in ‘Other Learning Experiences’.         

(7) Quota for retained students.

Application Procedure:

1. Within 5 working days from the release of examination results, parents should send the application via email to addmision@yck2.edu.hk or submit in person to the school office.

2. Required documentations:

(1) Written application letter from parents or guardians. 

i.  Clearly explain the valid reasons.

ii. State the student’s goals for repeating.

iii. Provide contact telephone number of the parents or students.

(2) Copy of the HKDSE examination result.

3. Within 7 working days from the deadline, the school will normally notify applicants by phone.

v  The school reserve the right to make final decisions.
