Visit Inter-departmental Counter Terrorism Unit “Safe Community Hub”

On 29th April 2024, 30 members of Project Lighthouse visited the Inter-departmental Counter Terrorism Unit “Safe Community Hub” in Wan Chai. The “Safe Community Hub” (The Hub) run by the Inter-departmental Counter Terrorism Unit (ICTU) is the first experience centre with the theme of counter-terrorism (CT) in Hong Kong, aiming at further promoting the message of “Safe Community” to the public. Through a variety of interactive experiences and activities, including VR, motion detection and flight simulation etc,  students learnt to “Run, Hide, Report” and “Spot and Report”, in case of emergency and non-emergency attacks or incidents.
