YCK2 PTA Walkathon

The annual walkathon fundraising was successfully held on February 21, 2025. The purpose of this fundraising activity is not only to subsidize the school to purchase activity materials and sponsor students to participate in courses and activities that broaden their learning horizons, but also to establish Parent-Teacher Association scholarships, progress awards, activity reward programs and outstanding athlete awards. 

Father Tong, Sergeant Lok, Western District Police , Mr. Ng, School Director of the Parent-Teacher Association, Mr. Lam, School Director of the Alumni Association, Mr. Baljinder Singh, Chairman of the Parent-Teacher Association, Mr. Lo, co-founder of the Run to Your Home Charity Foundation, and General Manager Leung Siu Keung of the Sisters of St. Paul of Chartres Charity Foundation, together with Principal Li, Vice Principal Mr. Chan, Vice Principal Ms. Lo, and Vice Principal Ms. So to start the opening ceremony together. The activity started from the school, passed through Pok Fu Lam Country Park, and ended back at the school. Parents, teachers and students take this opportunity to get close to nature and walk for fundraising. 

Members of the Parent-Teacher Association set up charity stalls in school covered playground, selling snacks and drinks to help raise funds. 

After the fundraising walk, an inter-house rope skipping competition was held, where teachers and students enjoyed this activity.
